Refund and Cancellation Policy

01. Refund and Cancellation Policy for Digital Marketing Services

Please read below the refund and return policy of our digital marketing services, Social media marketing services, SEO Services, web design & development services, domain registration services, web hosting services, online advertising consulting services before entering into a business contract.

  1. These refund policies outline the rules and regulations for the use of “Global Info Edge” / globalinfoedge.in Website, located at globalinfoedge.in. In line with providing our customers with the best quality and client experience, we have established a considerate cancellation and refund policy.
  2. A full refund will be made if you secede to cancel our services within 5 days of making the payment.
  3. If you choose to terminate our services after the initial 5 days then you will be charged an amount equivalent to the working hours put into the project. The balance will be credited to the account from which you made payment within 45 days of cancellation.
  4. Cancellation of any service renewal should be done 10 days prior to the start of the next billing cycle.
  5. If cancellations are made after the start of the billing cycle then an amount equivalent to the working hours put into the project during that month will be billable, which the clients will be entitled to pay.
  6. If you signed up for our services but did not make use of them then you are still entitled to pay us.
  7. Amount of refund will be credited to the account from which the payment was made within 45 days of service cancellation.
  8. We plan each project by dividing work into milestones. All projects begin with a complete discovery/analysis and the creation of a scope of work document. This is done to make sure that both parties have a complete understanding of the work required and thus eliminate the potential for project cancellations, reversals, or disputes. As there is time spent to achieve every milestone and complete every module, a refund is not possible for work already completed.
  9. In the event of a project terminated on a mutual basis, the client has control of all completed work, and any payment for further web development will become void. No previous payment or deposit would be refunded.
  10. No payment will be refunded once the client approves mock-up designs and we move into the development phase of the project.
  11. There are no partial refunds for projects mid-way through a milestone phase.
  12. No cancellations are entertained for services that our marketing team has offered on special occasions. These are limited-time offers and cannot be canceled.
  13. Digital marketing packages are not refundable, but the client may cancel with a notice written 30 days in advance.
  14. We do not offer refunds on deposits or payments for projects that are abandoned or lay dormant for more than 30 days.
  15. We offer 30 days refund policy for resellers’ shared web hosting space for new customers only one time.
  16. No refund for domain registration services.

02. Refund and Return Policy for for Digital and Physical Goods

  1. Our policy lasts 30 days for physical goods. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  3. Several types of goods and services are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as domain registration, cloud hosting, website designing services, training services, digital marketing services after 10 days of starting, food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  4. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, Digital Goods, Digital Software, Downloadable software products.
  5. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

  2. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  3. Book with obvious signs of use: software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

12. Changes of  this Refund and Cancellation Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy.
